Step 2 · once your car is arranged

Bailment agreement

Taxi, rideshare, Uber Eats or personal use. Fill in your details, read the terms, then sign. Zoom Rent a Car will receive a copy straight away.

For current renters

Return the car

When you bring the car back, take photos of its condition so we both have a record. The car should be clean inside and out, with a full tank, in the same condition as at pick-up, fair wear and tear excepted.

For current renters

Report an accident

Your agreement asks you to report any accident, damage or defect promptly. If it isn't reported within 7 days, you may be fully liable. Fill this in as soon as you can.

If anyone is hurt, call 000 first.
